Terms & Conditons
1. Appointments & Bookings
By booking an appointment with Blush & Mane, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Appointments can be made online via our booking system or in salon. Please ensure all booking information is correct at the time of booking.
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
cancelations
We require at least 24–48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:
• Loss of deposit
• Cancellation fees
• Restrictions on future bookings
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the booked service.
late arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
service satisfaction
At Blush & Mane we aim to provide the highest quality services.
If you are unhappy with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and offer a solution where appropriate.
Refunds are not provided for hair services, however we may offer adjustments or corrections at our discretion.

Hair results may vary depending on previous colour history, hair condition, and at-home care.
Blush & Mane cannot guarantee exact results where previous colour, box dye, or chemical treatments have been used.
Our stylists reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it may compromise hair health
hair extensions
Hair extension services require proper maintenance and aftercare.
Blush & Mane is not responsible for:
• Damage caused by incorrect maintenance
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Products not recommended by our stylists
Extension purchases are non-refundable once opened or installed.

Blush & Mane memberships are subscription-based services billed weekly or fortnightly.
By joining a membership, you agree to the following:
• Membership payments will be automatically deducted
• Missed payments may pause membership benefits
• Membership inclusions must be used within the allocated period

Blush & Mane reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients.
social media and photography
Blush & Mane may photograph or film hair services for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify your stylist prior to your service.

allegeries and medical conditons
Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services.
Blush & Mane cannot be held responsible for reactions where this information was not disclosed.
gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase in accordance with Australian consumer law.
Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Terms & Conditons
1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a Blush & Mane membership, you agree to a minimum 12-month commitment from the date of sign-up.
Memberships are designed to maintain your hair on a consistent schedule and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Payments
Memberships are billed via weekly or fortnightly direct debit.
- Payments must be made on time to maintain active membership status
- Missed payments may result in suspension of services
- Blush & Mane reserves the right to use a third-party provider for payment processing
If payments fall behind, services will not be honoured until the account is brought up to date.
3. Booking & Usage
Each membership includes a set number of services within a specific timeframe.
- Services must be used within the recommended booking cycle
- Unused appointments do not roll over unless otherwise stated
- Membership services cannot be exchanged for other services or cash
Bookings are subject to availability, and priority booking is given to members.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $99 cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or cancellation
5. Membership Pause
Members may pause their membership once per 12-month period, for a maximum of 4 weeks.
- Pause requests must be submitted in writing
- Payments and membership term will be extended accordingly
6. Early Termination
Memberships cannot be cancelled before the end of the 12-month term unless:
- A medical condition prevents continuation (documentation required), or
- Exceptional circumstances are approved at management discretion
If early termination is approved:
- A $99 exit fee may apply
- Any discounted services received may be recalculated at full price and charged accordingly
7. Pricing & Adjustments
Blush & Mane reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice.
- Membership pricing is locked in for 12 months from your start date
- After this period, pricing may be reviewed and updated
